Use 3M™ Hookit™ Green Corps™ Abrasive Disc 255U as tough disc for tough demanding auto body sanding jobs. 3M™ Green Corps™ Hookit™ Abrasive Disc 255U is based on a ceramic and aluminium oxide blend abrasive, which is resin bonded to durable E-weight backing for heat resistance. Ceramic aluminium oxide blend surpasses aluminium oxide abrasives in cut-rate and durability, making this product an excellent choice for sanding metal, plastic, and fiberglass substrates. Equipped with the 3M™ Hookit™ Attachment System, the discs are ideal for work spaces where adhesive backed discs may become contaminated by dust, dirt, or flying debris. Open coat construction means that our abrasive grains are spaced so that dust and debris can collect in the spaces rather than loading the disc. This open coat construction reduces loading even on fresh filler. Additionally, the open coat feature provides a more aggressive cut than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grade, for faster results.
