Compared to other conventional single-sided conductive tapes, 3M tape 1050TC series provides excellent XYZ-axis based conductivity, reliable contacts to small size grounding areas, and excellent EMI shielding and electrical reliability over time. The acrylic based adhesive offers high adhesion for a thin tape, and good grounding performance to many surface types.The thin product construction is ideal for applications with less Z-space. 3M tape 1050TC series is typically used where excellent electrical conductivity and EMI/EMC shielding is required. Common uses include grounding and EMI shielding in equipment and components. Other common uses include shield-can lid replacement, shielding display wrap, display COF and sensor grounding.
