Specifically designed for TCLP filtration--EPA method 1311|PTFE coated to ensure no leaching of metals|No splitting of the sample extract is necessary|Durable and lightweight device|The MaxFil pressure filtration device meets the demands of the toxic characteristic leaching procedure. The PTFE coating on all wetted-surfaces ensures no metals are leached into the sample. The 2200-mL capacity allows the entire sample to be loaded no more spliting the samples! Samples can be loaded by removing the top plate or through the one-inch (25 mm) diameter entry-port, without the use of tools. Pressures are monitored by a pressure gauge located on the top plate. Pressurization is acheived by use of a quick-connect fitting which can not "blow-off" during filtration.
